Bill didnt know where houses used to be but I found 3 pits 20 yrd above the road 30 yrd west of creek and 75 feet higher than the wagon road. There were 3 much plainer pits 50 yrds west and a little higher up the hill on the west side of a gulch. They were close to Tall D.
