The major contributor of information for this dictionary was Bhabikan Cyo’bang, from Maisirang village, Kankada, Makwanpur. Many others, too numerous to mention here, have also made contributions, thus broadening the scope of the collected data. I would therefore like to express my heartfelt thanks to the whole Cyo’bang community, and especially to Bhabikan, for their assistance in compiling this dictionary.
Another important contributor was Dwarika Shrestha, who gave many of the Nepali glosses, for which I am very grateful.
Diwakar Shrestha assisted with typesetting and designed the cover.
Finally, an important part of this particular trilingual dictionary was compiled under the auspices of the Centre for Nepal and Asian Studies, Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu. I would therefore like to express my thanks to the staff of the Centre, and the University for their assistance in preparing this work. Especially I would like to thank Professor Nirmal Tuladhar for his encouragement and support.
