Abbreviations

In this dictionary we have tried to avoid extensive use of abbreviations. Hence, grammatical categories like "common noun, proper noun, intransitive verb, transitive verb, prenominal proclitic, preverbal proclitic, etc." are spelled out in part or full.

One exception is CL-INIT. CL-INIT means Clause-initial, referring to the first item in a sentence, which may include conjunctions and/or temporal expressions.
